This place offers an unbeatable view of the Matterhorn and amazing surroundings. The warmth of the staff and cozy ambiance elevate the experience. We enjoyed our peaceful evenings stargazing after the crowds left. Just be ready for limited dining options and some altitude discomfort. Still, it's a unique destination worth every penny!

Make sure to get king room with perfect view as well as a balcony. The location is marvellous and magnificent, 2 miles from Matterhorn Ski Paradise.

Breakfast set up early for a tour group.

This hotel has probably the best snow covered peaks, glassier view. Rooms are large and warm and the view from the windows is breathtaking. I am really happy that I stayed in this hotel.

Unique hotel with breathtaking views, great dinner, observatory excursion. Highly recommended! Try to take "Dent Blanche" room - seems the only room with balcony.

The sun terrace and cozy garden area were perfect, even though the dinner options could have had a bit more flavor. This place is a gem, and I'd highly recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise 🌄

The location was fantastic. Views were beautiful-our room looked out over the matterhorn. There were also numerous hiking trails. Services were excellent. The included dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Our room was too hot at night and the pillow was too thin for my comfort. The price was high but then thats what we expected; all the food etc must come up on the little train. Internet service was poor but that didnt matter to us.

The Junior Suite Matterhorn View was fine! The panoramic views of the Matterhorn were amazing, especially during sunrise. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a cozy vibe. It had heated facilities, a nice touch. Plus, the bathroom had a great view! But the altitude made it a bit tricky to sleep sometimes, and the internet connection was on the slower side. The room.

Beautiful room, fine view, comfortable amenities, and a dining experience that highlights local flavors made my stay enjoyable, especially with the easy access to the Gornergrat station in just 45 minutes.

Everything met my expectations.

The amazing view of the Matterhorn from my room was lovely, especially at sunrise. I had a wonderful stay that exceeded my previous experiences in Zermatt. The dining options were good, and the hearty meals. On a minor note, the wifi connection was a bit unreliable at times, but everything else was fantastic.

The dinner included was not what we expected and could only be described as poor. Breakfast was Ok - no facility to have a late night coffee or tea and no open fire for guests to gather around which you expect in the snow fields

great location with amazing Matthorn view! very good hospitality: free champagne in room and table setting in restaurant for our honeymoon. very clean and comfy room and bathroom. good restaurant. good for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
